Mold Division
As the foundation of Sunled Group, MMT(Xiamen) has grown into one of the most professional manufacturer that specializes in mold design, mold and tool manufacturing. MMT has advanced equipment, skilled and experienced technicians and perfect project management process to ensure high quality products and sevices. After 15-years close cooperation with our UK partner, we have rich experiences in making HASCO and DME mold and tools. We have introduced automation and intelligentization for tool manufacture.
Injection Division
Sunled Injection moulding division manufacture for various industry sectors from aerospace to medical. We have a strong reputation for our ability to design and manufacture complex injection moulded parts and products that use engineered high-performance polymers. In our modern injection moulding facility, we run a machine range from 80T up to 1000T fully equipped with robots, which allows us to accommodate from small to large projects/components.
Hardware Division
Sunled hardware business department has stamping production line, comprehensive latching production line, CNC machining center production line and powder metallurgy (PM and MIM) production line, which enables us to providing professional solutions for various industries along with our other business departments.
Rubber Division
Sunled Rubber division integrates in scientific research, production and distribution of rubber and plastic products. Our products include O-ring, Y-ring, U-ring, rubber washers, oil seals, all kinds of sealing parts and custom-made products, which are widely used in electronic, auto, machinery, hardware, traffic, agriculture and chemical industries. We have been ISO 9001:2015 certified to follow the standard production, to offer environmentally-friendly products, and to pursue the advanced management level. Additionally, our rubber materials have passed the certification of NSF-61 & FDA of USA, WRAS of UK, KTW/W270/EN681 of Germany, ACS of France, AS4020 of Australia, and our products are in accordance with the standards of RoHS & REACH of EU. We are now striving for the certification of ISO 14001:2015 and IATF16949:2019 in auto industry to make our products more environmentally-friendly and standard.
